Terms of Use

Effective date: 23 October 2026

These terms, together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your use of IQora. If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA prevails for matters it covers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

1. Who provides IQora

IQora is provided by Emre Keskin, an individual developer based in Türkiye ("we", "us"). Contact: plustekno1@gmail.com. By downloading or using IQora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use IQora on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), resell, rent or distribute the app or its questions and puzzles, or use them to build a competing product.

3. IQ scores are estimates, not an assessment

4. Free version and IQora Pro

5. Acceptable use

Use IQora only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not attempt to circumvent purchase limits or tamper with the app, and do not present an IQora score or certificate as an official or professionally administered test result. You are responsible for what you choose to share, such as share cards or certificates.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how IQora keeps your data on your device and your rights under data protection laws such as GDPR, KVKK, CCPA/CPRA and LGPD.

7. Intellectual property

IQora, its design, questions, puzzles, games, text, icons and code are owned by us or our licensors. Apple, iPhone and the App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, and may stop offering the app. We aim to keep features you paid for available for your active subscription period. Updates may be required to keep using the app. We may change these terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or the release notes. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the changes; if you do not agree, stop using the app and cancel your subscription.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, IQora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or the accuracy of any score, percentile or report. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in that case they apply only to the extent permitted, and your statutory rights (for example the legal guarantee of conformity in the EU, UK and Türkiye, or the Australian Consumer Law guarantees) are not affected.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of data or profits, or for decisions made on the basis of IQora results, arising from your use of or inability to use IQora. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for IQora Pro in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Termination

You may stop using IQora at any time by deleting it and cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 3, 9, 10, 12 and 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central), without prejudice to mandatory rules that give consumers the right to sue in, or apply the law of, their country of residence. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and consumer courts within the limits set by law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution resources. We would always prefer to resolve issues directly: please contact us first.

13. Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for IQora or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. These terms, the Apple EULA and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about IQora.
